THE AGENDA HAS BEEN POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW OF MEMBERS OF THE COURT PRESENT, ALONG WITH THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE.

UM, THEY HAVE, UH, MOORING HAS COME IN AND DONE A LOT OF WATER ERADICATION.

I KNOW KIM EXPLAINED, UM, AT A PRIOR COURT, UH, JUST THE PROCESS WITH TACK AND, UM, WHAT WOULD BE REIMBURSED INSURANCE WISE AND EVERYTHING.

UM, SO IF THERE IS SOMETHING THAT WOULDN'T BE REIMBURSED THAT WOULD COME FROM PROGRAM CONTINGENCIES, ONCE WE, UM, ARE REIMBURSED LATER ON DOWN THE ROAD, YOU KNOW, ONCE WE SUBMIT THE CLAIM INVOICES, ALL OF THAT, THEN WHAT I WILL DO IS CERTIFY, UM, THOSE INSURANCE PROCEEDS BACK TO OUR PROGRAM CONTINGENCIES, UH, TO PUT THAT BACK.

BUT IN THE MEANTIME, THAT'S HOW WE ARE PAYING FOR THOSE, UM, EXPENSES.

AND AGAIN, I'LL SUBMIT A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT ONCE WE HAVE A BETTER IDEA AS TO, UM, WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE, HOW MUCH, UM, IT'LL BE IN THE MEANTIME.

AND SO WE HAD BUDGETED, UM, OVERALL AND PROGRAM CONTINGENCIES, 2 MILLION, UH, 400,000 OF THAT'S EARMARKED FOR A NEW ACCOUNTING SYSTEM AND THAT IMPLEMENTATION.

AND THEN SO FAR THIS YEAR, UM, 15,000 HAS BEEN FURTHER ALLOCATED FOR THE, OR UP TO, FOR THE REGIONAL DISPATCH FEASIBILITY STUDY AND THEN THE 5,500 FOR THE APPRAISAL FOR THE COUNTY ATTORNEY BUILDING.

UM, SO WE DO HAVE ENOUGH IN THERE, UH, TO COVER THESE EXPENSES UNTIL, DO WE HAVE WE HAVE REIMBURSEMENT DEDUCTIBLE OR DOES TAX PAY THE WHOLE NO, WE DO, I'LL LET KIM SPEAK ON THAT, BUT WE DO HAVE A DEDUCTIBLE.

YES.

SO AS IT WAS EXPLAINED TO ME BY, UH, BRETT ANDERSON, WHO'S THE LEAD ADJUSTER FOR TAC, UM, IT WILL GO JUST UNDER OUR PROPERTY DEDUCTIBLE AND NOT A FLOOD DEDUCTIBLE AND IT'S GONNA BE AT $5,000, 5,000.

THAT, THAT'S WHAT THEY'VE TOLD ME SO FAR NOW WITH THE, THE ADJUSTER'S REPORT FROM THE THIRD PARTY.

UM, I, I DON'T KNOW YEAH, WHAT'S GONNA COME WITH THAT, BUT THEY, THEY EXPLAINED IT WOULD BE HIT 5,000.

WE'RE GOING TO, YOU CAN BUY SOME WATER DETECTORS AND JUST PUT 'EM ON THE FLOOR.

AS FAR AS THE ANNEX ITSELF IS COMING ALONG QUITE NICELY, IT'LL BE DONE IN TWO PHASES.

THE FIRST PHASE BEING THIS KIM SAID THE AUDITOR TREASURER PURCHASING AN IT, UH, THEY ALREADY, UH, AS OF FRIDAY THEY WERE TAPING BEDDING, SO IT'S MOVING ALONG QUITE NICELY.

UM, WE FEEL LIKE THAT BY THE END OF THIS WEEK, EARLY NEXT WEEK, WE SHOULD HAVE ONE TWO ALREADY, POSSIBLY THREE OF THOSE OFFICES UP AND RUNNING AGAIN.

AND WE'RE IN THE PROCESS OF GET RUNNING PECKS INSULATED OUT OF THE CEILING, DOWN INTO THE ROOMS BOTH PLACES.

AND THEN ALL, UH, MY PLAN IS TO PUT ABOUT TWO FOOT OF INSULATION IN THE AG BUILDING ATTIC BECAUSE WHAT IS THERE NOW IS NOT ADEQUATE.

UH, WE GET THAT INFORMATION BACK TO, UH, TCE Q AND THEN, UH, WHAT'S LEFT OF THE TRUCK RIGHT AFTER THAT, WHICH IS INOPERABLE WILL BE SOLD RIGHT AS SALVAGE.

AND THE REASON WE'RE ABLE TO DO THAT AT OUR PRECINCT IS CUZ WE HAVE A COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS FUEL STATION RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD, BUT THE DIESELS PORTION OF IT HAS BEEN OPEN.

I'M NOT SURE IF IT'S STILL OPEN OR NOT.

SO THE UH, DIESEL PORTION IS AN 80% FOR THE, THE RIGHT AGE, UH, TRUCK IF THEY'RE OLD ENOUGH.

AND THE COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS IS 90% TO GRANT.
