NECESSARY RELATED TO THE SANTA FE ANNEX DECEMBER 25TH, 2022 FLOOD EVENT.

SO THE, THE BILLS THAT WERE PAID TODAY WERE FOR THE MITIGATION SERVICES FOR MOORING, UM, CONSTRUCTION.

AND, UM, JUST TO GIVE YOU AN UPDATE ON WHERE WE'RE AT IN THE BUILDING SO FAR, WE, WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM TAC $615,046 AND 79 CENTS, AND INCLUDED IN THAT IS $150,000 ADVANCE PAYMENT.

AND THEN THE, THE, UM, THE REST OF THAT WAS FOR THE MEDICATION SERVICES THAT YOU JUST, UH, AUTHORIZED PAYMENT TO THE VENDOR, UM, CONSTRUCTION-WISE AT THE ANNEX.

UM, TO DATE THE AUDITOR'S OFFICE TREASURER PURCHASING IT AND VETERANS AFFAIRS OFFICES ARE ALL COMPLETE.

THE CCL ONE COURTROOM IS COMPLETE.

UM, THE ACTUAL OFFICE AREA IS STILL WAITING ON CARPET.

AS WELL AS, UM, IS IT, DO YOU HAVE CARPET DOWN JP THREE OFFICE YET? I WAS GONNA ASK YOU THAT.

SO THE JP THREE COURTROOM STILL NEEDS CARPET.

UM, THE COUNTY CLERK'S COURTS DIVISION ALSO HAS ALL THEIR CARPET AND, AND THEIR, THEIR OFFICES ARE COMPLETE.

UM, FURNITURE WISE, THE AUDITOR TREASURER, IT PURCHASING AND VETERAN'S OFFICES ALL HAVE FURNITURE AND IT WAS INSTALLED LAST WEEK.

ALL, ALL, ALL LOOKS REALLY GOOD.

UM, AS FAR AS THE COUNTY CLERK'S RECORDS, DEED'S OFFICE, THAT FURNITURE HAS NOT BEEN ORDERED YET, BUT THE COURT'S DIVISION, UM, WE'VE ORDERED THE FURNITURE.

WE'RE JUST WAITING FOR THAT TO COME IN AND BE INSTALLED FOR ALL THE OTHER EXPENSES RELATED TO THE, UM, FLOOD EVENT.

THOSE ITEMS WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR REIMBURSEMENT FROM TAC.

OF COURSE, PART OF THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID WITH THE TRAVEL ADVANCE, BUT ANYTHING OVER THE 150,000, LESS THE $5,000 TO DEDUCTIBLE WILL BE SUBMITTED AND THEY WILL, UM, PAY FOR ACTUAL COST FOR THOSE, THOSE ITEMS. SO, ANY QUESTIONS? HAVE YOU GOTTEN ALL THE FURNITURE IN YET? OR IS THAT STILL IN ALL, ALL EXCEPT FOR WHAT THE COUNTY CLERK'S, UM, COURT'S DIVISION, WHAT'S BEEN ORDERED HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

HAS THERE BEEN AN AIR QUALITY TEST JUST TO CONFIRM THAT ANY, UH, MOLD ISSUES, Y'ALL JUMPED ON IT AND REALLY REPLACED SOME OF THEM THERE AT THE ANNEX? SINCE THE FLOOD, THERE'S NOT BEEN ANY TESTS DONE, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DRILLING OF SAMPLES IN THE, UH, UH, SHEETROCK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS ASBESTOS FREE, WHICH IT WAS.
