H. Resolution approving the creation of the North Central Texas Regional 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District, as provided for in Chapter 772, Subchapter H, of the Texas Health and Safety Code. Creation of the district will allow for all funds paid by regional residents for 9-1-1 services through phone bills, to be retained locally instead of a portion of those funds being kept by the State Legislature and not returned to the region for the purposes intended. At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate regarding said matters discussed in Closed Session.
