1. Authorization to advertise for RFQâ€™s to employ the services of a qualified architectural/engineering firm to inspect all county facilities including but not necessarily limited to: all physical structures, all mechanical units, and the general maintenance and condition of each building. In addition to the final report on the findings, the firm is to prepare a plan for routine maintenance and inspections of county facilities to br approved by Commissioners Court to be followed by the Building and Grounds Department.
