9. UPDATE ON TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS:

10. EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, the Parker County Commissioners Court will meet in CLOSED SESSION to discuss to wit:
A. Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code: Real Estate Property titles for parcels 1 and 2 on Kelly Road project.
B. Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: Personnel - ESD 9 Vacancies. At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate regarding said matters discussed in Closed Session. 11. ADJOURNMENT. NOTE: Commissioners Court may choose to convene into Executive Session items out of agenda sequence depending upon availability of counsel.
10. EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, the Parker County Commissioners Court will meet in CLOSED SESSION to discuss to wit:
B. Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: Personnel - ESD 9 Vacancies. At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate regarding said matters discussed in Closed Session.
