12. EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, the Parker County Commissioners Court will meet in CLOSED SESSION to discuss to wit: Real Estate. Property access/Right-of-way coordination. At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate regarding said matters discussed in Closed Session.
