D. Authorize County Judge to sign previously approved Tax Abatement Agreement with Como Parker Estates, LLC d/b/a Nextlink. (Judge Deen)
E. Proclaim June 8 - June 15 as Frontier Days in Parker County in support of the Parker County Sheriff's Posse and the western heritage of Parker County. (Commissioner Walden)

8. UPDATE ON TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS:
A. Approval of Eastloop Phase 2 gasline relocations. (Judge Deen)
B. Approval of Draft Resolution to receive payment from TxDOT for pass-through financing agreement regarding the Ric Williamson Memorial Highway bridge over I-20, on west side of Weatherford. (Judge Deen)
C. Transportation Bond Monthly Report. (Judge Deen)
9. EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code, the Parker County Commissioners Court will meet inCLOSED SESSION to discuss to wit: Real Estate -Property located off Upper Denton Road. At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate regarding said matters discussed inClosed Session. In accordance with Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, the Parker County Commissioners Court will meet in CLOSED SESSION to discuss to wit: Personnel - Fire Marshal and Emergency Management Coordinator. At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate regarding said matters discussed in Closed Session. 10. ADJOURNMENT. NOTE: Commissioners Court may choose to convene into Executive Session items out of agenda sequence depending upon availability of counsel.
