THEY HAVE SUBMITTED A FEE PROPOSAL FOR THE RE RENOVATIONS OF 15,164 SQUARE FOOT OF EXISTING BUILDING, ALONG WITH SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES OF CIVIL ENGINEERING DESIGN AND TOPOGRAPHIC GRAPHICAL SURVEY, UM, FOR THE ADDITION OF A NEW PARKING AREA AND DRIVE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
UM, SO THEIR RATE WOULD BE 9.5% OF THE OWNER'S BUDGET FOR COST OF CON CONSTRUCTION IN ADDITION TO SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES WITH A LUMP SUM FOR BASIC CIVIL ENGINEERING OF $25,000 AND A TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY BUILD HOURLY NOT TO EXCEED $5,000.
AND SO WE'RE JUST REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO APPROVE THIS FEE PROPOSAL IN ORDER TO HAVE THEM DO, UM, THE DESIGN WORK AND, AND SO FORTH TO PRESENT TO COURT FOR, UH, ESTIMATE OF WHAT THE, THE COST WOULD BE FOR CONSTRUCTION.
