THOSE TWO THINGS COST 109,000 308 0 2, AND WE'RE REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO REMOVE THE REMAINING AMOUNT, UM, TO COVER THESE COSTS.
UM, Y'ALL HAD AUTHORIZED $20,000 AT THE LAST COURT, BUT TO REMOVE OR TO MOVE THE OTHER AMOUNT OVER FROM CONTINGENCY INTO THE PRO PROPERTY CLAIM LINE, WE'RE STILL WAITING BACK ON A, UM, ENGINEER REPORT FROM TAC TO DETERMINE WHAT ALL IS COVERED ON FROM INSURANCE, BECAUSE WE'VE GOT MULTIPLE DIFFERENT KINDS OF SOURCES WHERE THE WATER WAS, UM, INFILTRATED THE BUILDING FROM.
SO, UM, HOPE TO GET THAT REPORT BACK, MID-SEPTEMBER TO LATE SEPTEMBER.
UM, AND SO THERE'S POTENTIAL THAT WE COULD NEED, NEED TO, UH, ROLL PART OF THIS, THESE FUNDS OVER TO THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR IF ALL THE WORK THAT HASN'T BEEN COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 30TH.

UM, AND THAT WAS SET TO GO AWAY AT THE END OF THAT TERM, UM, WHICH WOULD BE NOW.
SO NOW INSTEAD OF THAT DISCOUNT FULLY GOING AWAY, WHAT I HAD OFFERED TO DO WAS, UM, EXTEND THE DISCOUNT FOR THIS NEXT RENEWAL CYCLE, WHICH IS, UH, WHICH WAS JUST A FEW DAYS AGO, I GUESS.
UM, AND THEN YOU WOULD, SO YOU WOULDN'T HAVE THAT LARGE INCREASE THIS YEAR AND NEXT YEAR WE WOULD OFFER HALF OF THE DISCOUNT AMOUNT, WHICH WOULD BE THE, UM, $39,153.
AND THEN IN THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WHICH WOULD BE THREE YEARS, UM, THERE WOULD BE NO MORE DISCOUNT.

AND WHAT WE CAN ALSO DO IS IF YOU DON'T WANNA SIGN A THREE YEAR TERM, THAT'S FINE.
WE CAN DO A ONE YEAR TERM THAT JUST KIND OF EXTENDS IT FOR THIS NEXT YEAR AND IT PAYS OUT THIS PRICING PATH FOR THREE YEARS, BUT AT THE END OF THAT ONE YEAR TERM, UM, IT'S UP FOR NEGOTIATIONS IF YOU WANTED TO HAVE A CONVERSATION ABOUT IT.
