AND THEN OF COURSE WE HAVE TO HAVE A PURCHASE ORDER THAT IS IN PLACE ALSO, BEFORE BIDDING, UM, YOU CAN DO A, A, UM, A DOLLAR AMOUNT OF, OF SAY 500 OR, OR YOU, YOU'RE NOT GONNA EXCEED $5,000 OR WHATEVER.

AND THEN WE CAN COME BACK ON THAT PO AND, AND, UM, ADJUST IT TO THE AMOUNT THAT THE ACTUAL BID WAS.

UM, BUT THIS IS A REQUIREMENT PER THE STATUTE, HAVE THAT DISCRETIONARY EXEMPTION AND VOTED ON BY THE COURT AND THEN THE PO IN PLACE.

IT IS ALL, THEY ALL SENT ME THE EMAIL FROM SECRETARY OF STATE, AND I DO BELIEVE IT'S ON THE SECRETARY OF STATE'S WEBSITE SOMEWHERE WHERE IT SHOWS WHAT THEY WENT THROUGH, THE TESTING AND ALL THAT INFORMATION.

BUT IF ANYBODY WOULD LIKE THAT, THEY CAN EMAIL ME AND I WILL GIVE IT TO 'EM.

HOW, HOW MANY UPGRADES HAVE THERE BEEN SINCE THEN? UPDATES OR UPGRADES? TWO THAT I, I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR.

SO THIS IS THE, THIS IS THE, THE REASON THAT I BRING IT UP IS BECAUSE THEY SELL US SOMETHING AND THEN THEY COME BACK IN, IN A YEAR OR TWO AND SAY, WELL, YOU NEED TO UPGRADE TO HAVE THE LATEST SECURITY AND EVERYTHING AND GIVE US $18,000.

AND THAT'S A PROBLEM FOR SOME OF US.
